Roundshaw Downs parkrun is a relaxed, free way to get moving in the fresh air. It is a simple, friendly community gathering where everyone is welcome to complete the 5k course at their own pace, whether you prefer to run, jog, or walk. The atmosphere is quiet and supportive, focused entirely on enjoying the surroundings and the company of others. There is no pressure to be fast or competitive, just the chance to be part of something shared.
Whether you are a regular runner, new to the area, or looking for a way to meet local people, you will feel at home here. It is also a lovely place for supporters and volunteers to get involved. Please come along and simply enjoy being part of the morning.
