The Bethlem Royal Hospital parkrun offers a gentle, friendly way to enjoy the outdoors at your own pace. It is a simple 5k route set within the quiet, open grounds of the hospital. You will find a relaxed community spirit here where people come together just to be active and share the space, whether you prefer to walk, jog or run. There is no pressure to be fast, as the focus remains entirely on the quiet enjoyment of the morning air and the company of others.
If you are an adult or a young person comfortable with a 5k distance, you will find a very warm welcome waiting for you. Supporters and volunteers are also a valued part of the morning. Please come along and enjoy being part of this local group at whatever speed feels right for you.
