- Clearly displayed pricing for any paid services
- Priority placement in matching service directory results, including category and location filters
- Priority in category-page service highlights and within matching location-page groups
- Priority does not change eligibility, geographic relevance or guarantee a fixed position

OneRoof Connect is free for everyone to browse. Suitable paid services can be listed through our Community Supporter and Partner plans, with charges clearly displayed. All listings are reviewed for relevance and suitability. Membership supports the platform and does not constitute an endorsement.
Free support will always remain at the heart of OneRoof Connect
Free listings remain available for eligible organisations providing free support services. Paid membership is optional and offers extra visibility, but organisations providing free support can always list at no cost. Paid supporter options help keep the platform sustainable for the community.

A message from the founder
OneRoof Connect was created by Timea, a Health, Wellbeing and Social Care student and healthcare worker, after seeing how difficult it can be for people to find the right support at the right time. The aim is simple: make local help easier to find before people reach crisis point.
