OneRoof Connect is committed to keeping data handling simple, transparent, and proportionate. We collect only the information we need to run the platform, and we treat all data with care and respect.
Form submissions
If you use our contact form, suggest a service, or suggest an event, the information you provide is stored securely. It is used only to process your submission, respond to your query, or consider your suggestion for inclusion in the directory.
Service and event suggestions
Suggested services and events are reviewed by our team. If approved, the service or event information (not your personal contact details) may be published on the directory. We may contact you if we need to clarify details.
Analytics
We may use basic analytics to understand how people use OneRoof Connect. This helps us improve the platform and ensure it remains useful. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
Data retention
Form submissions and suggestions are retained only for as long as they are needed. Contact form messages are typically reviewed and resolved within 30 days. Service and event suggestions are retained for as long as they remain relevant to the directory.
No public login required
At this stage, OneRoof Connect does not require users to create an account or log in to browse the directory. This means we do not store personal user profiles for public visitors.
Your rights
