Lloyd parkrun is a relaxed, weekly five kilometre event held in the heart of Lloyd Park. It is all about local people coming together to enjoy being part of a shared, outdoor experience at their own pace. Whether you prefer to walk, jog or run, the focus remains on feeling comfortable, supported and connected to the people around you. It is a lovely, free way to start your weekend in the fresh air.
Whether you are a local resident, a visitor or someone keen to lend a hand as a volunteer, you will feel at home here. Everyone is welcome.
