Users can post anonymously, receive supportive comments from peers in their age band, and access a directory of over 700 national resources. In commissioned areas including Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, Somerset, West Berkshire, and parts of London, the app also offers scheduled one-to-one solution-focused therapy with trained counsellors and personalised local resource mapping. The app is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no referrals and no waiting lists. Trained moderators check all posts before they go live to keep the community safe, and counsellors proactively reach out to anyone showing signs of crisis.
