West Sussex Mind — Families with Young Children

About this service

West Sussex Mind’s Families with Young Children service supports parents in Littlehampton who are feeling low, isolated, depressed or anxious while coping with family life. The project supports parents aged 16 and over from pregnancy until their children reach school age, and can also support partners when needed. Help includes weekly play and chat groups, wellbeing walks and meet-ups, one-to-one sessions and the Enjoy Your Baby course. This can be especially helpful for parents affected by postnatal depression, postpartum anxiety or isolation who want support that understands the realities of early family life.
