Your privacy is respected, and no concern is too small or 'weird' to talk about with the teen health team.
About this service
Adolescence is a time of immense change, and the Teen Health 11–19 Service is here to help young people navigate this transition with confidence. This service provides a safe, confidential environment where teenagers can seek advice on a variety of topics, including mental health, sexual health, substance use, and healthy lifestyles. For young people with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), this support is available up to the age of 25, ensuring a smooth transition into adulthood. The team works within schools and the wider community, making it easy for young people to access help when they need it. They also offer a discreet text-based service called ChatHealth, allowing young people to ask questions and receive professional advice directly to their phones. By focusing on prevention and early intervention, the Teen Health service empowers young people to take control of their own health and wellbeing, providing the support they need to thrive during their teenage years and beyond.
