Stonepillow works with Arun District Council and partner services as part of rough sleeping support in the Arun area. The council explains that Stonepillow is part of the Rough Sleepers Initiative, helping people who are currently rough sleeping, have recently rough slept in Arun or are at risk of becoming rough sleepers. Support can include outreach, help with accommodation options, income, GP registration, substance misuse support, employment help and practical day hub needs such as clothing, food, showers, washing facilities and essential items. People can also be identified through StreetLink reports or by approaching local housing and outreach services.
