Shout 24/7 Crisis Text Service provides trained volunteers provide immediate support through text conversations to help you move from a moment of crisis to a calm state for people across England. It is there for anyone in the UK feeling overwhelmed or in a mental health crisis. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whatever you are feeling, you do not have to make sense of it alone.
