South East London Mind (SEL Mind) is a leading community mental health charity working across Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. In Bromley, SEL Mind delivers services through Bromley MindCare, based at 20B Hayne Road, Beckenham, BR3 4HY. Services include community mental health support, dementia services, peer support groups (including mindful mums groups, walking groups, creative sessions and Being Dad groups), a Suicide Bereavement Support service and mental health training.
