About this service
Rethink Mental Illness delivers the Brent Mental Health Service in partnership with Change Grow Live (CGL), funded by Central North West London NHS Trust. The service provides two types of support: Peer Navigation — where workers with lived experience of mental illness provide emotional and practical support (typically 8–12 sessions) helping with benefits, housing, employment and accessing community services; and Befriending — volunteer community connectors who help reduce social isolation and build social networks. Available Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. Access is via CNWL worker, GP referral, or by calling directly.
