You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are monday 10:00am - 12:00 noon; Thursday 2:00pm - 4:00pm. You do not need to have everything worked out before you get in touch, and you can share as much or as little as you like. You do not need to be at breaking point to deserve support, and reaching out early is a sensible step.
