Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Bromley

About this service

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Bromley is part of the national Ramblers Wellbeing Walks programme and organises regular short, friendly walks in and around the London Borough of Bromley. Walks are over easy ground at a steady pace, ranging from 10 to 90 minutes. There is at least one walk per week, always starting at the same time and place. All walks are accessible by foot or public transport. Walk leaders are trained and you will always receive a warm welcome. The programme is designed to help people get more active, reduce social isolation and improve mental health and wellbeing. You only need to register once to access all future walks. Register free at ramblers.org.uk/wellbeing-walks-sign-up. Managed in Bromley in partnership with Mytime Active.
