One Bromley Community Champions

About this service

One Bromley Community Champions is a volunteering and community engagement programme run by the One Bromley Local Care Partnership (bringing together NHS, Bromley Council, voluntary sector and community organisations). Launched in 2022, the programme trains and supports volunteers to act as trusted health champions in their communities — sharing accurate health information, reducing health inequalities, encouraging uptake of health services and connecting neighbours with local support. Champions are especially active in reaching communities that can be harder to engage through traditional services.
