NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies is a free, confidential NHS service for adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and related common mental health problems. People aged over 18 who are registered with a GP in West Sussex can self-refer online and do not need to speak to a GP first. The service provides face-to-face, telephone and online therapy across West Sussex, including support through the south team for people in Littlehampton. Treatments include guided self-help, counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy. This is not a crisis service, but it can be a valuable next step if your mental health has been affecting day-to-day life.
