National Year of Reading 2026 – Barking and Dagenham Libraries
A UK-wide reading campaign with a range of free local events and activities at Barking and Dagenham libraries throughout 2026.
Reading doesn’t have to mean sitting quietly with a novel. These events are fun, creative and designed for everyone — including people who don’t think of themselves as readers.
