Leicestershire Family Hubs

About this service

Leicestershire Family Hubs are local centres that offer help and support to families with babies and children aged 0 to 9, and up to 25 for young people with SEND. Hubs provide groups, activities and support services, and work alongside partners such as health visitors and midwives. They also connect families with wider help around parenting, SEND, mental health and wellbeing, domestic abuse and support for vulnerable young people. They can be a reassuring place to get practical help close to home and to build confidence as a parent or carer.
