About this service

Hounslow Safe Space (Mind) provides professional staff and peer supporters provide one-to-one listening, safety planning, and coping strategies. It is there for hounslow residents aged 18+ experiencing mental health difficulties. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. You do not need to be at breaking point to deserve support, and reaching out early is a sensible step. Whatever you are feeling, you do not have to make sense of it alone.
