About this service

Haringey Wellbeing Network (Mind in Haringey) provides wellbeing activities, social prescribing, advocacy, and peer support groups. It is there for residents aged 18+ (or 16-17 transitioning from care) with a Haringey GP. There is no charge for using it. You need a referral before support can start. Opening times are monday - Thursday: 9am-5pm; Friday 9am-4pm. Talking to someone who listens without judging can make a heavy week feel more manageable. You do not need to be at breaking point to deserve support, and reaching out early is a sensible step.
