The charity offers a wide range of support for people who are currently experiencing, or have previously experienced, abuse, as well as support for people who want to change harmful behaviour. Their helpline provides a safe, confidential place to talk, get emotional support, understand options, plan for safety and access further help such as face-to-face support, group work, counselling and support for children.
