Bromley Parks & Green Spaces Wellbeing Activities

About this service

As London's greenest borough, Bromley has an exceptional range of parks and green spaces used for free community wellbeing activities. Activities include: Ramblers Wellbeing Walks (short, accessible weekly walks); parkruns at Crystal Palace, Norman Park, and other locations; Friends of Parks groups connecting residents with local community events and conservation activities; nature-based wellbeing sessions (woodland mindfulness, forest bathing); cycling sessions; and seasonal community events. Evidence consistently shows that access to green spaces improves mental health and reduces anxiety. Bromley Council's parks pages and the Bromley Friends Forum (bromleyfriendsforum.org) list local activities. The Simply Connect Bromley directory also lists many park-based activities.
