About this service
Bromley Mencap's Employment, Volunteering and Training Service provides free, specialist support to disabled people in Bromley who want to find paid employment or volunteering opportunities. The service supports over 250 disabled adults per year and provides skills assessments, job search support, employer engagement, work experience and on-the-job coaching. Bromley Mencap also runs Grounds4Growth, a new social enterprise in Bromley Market Square providing real work experience for disabled people.
