About this service

The Domestic Abuse Housing Service at the London Borough of Brent provides tailored housing advice and support to anyone at risk of or experiencing domestic abuse. Following a housing assessment, the service can help you remain in your home through the Sanctuary Scheme (enhanced security measures), assist with legal options such as non-molestation orders, provide advice and referral to specialist advocates, arrange access to a women's refuge or emergency accommodation, and assist with settled future accommodation. You are under no obligation to report incidents to the police. Call 020 8937 2000 (option 3) to speak to the Housing Options duty team. Out-of-hours: 020 8937 1234. In an emergency, always call 999.

What to expect

A confidential housing assessment with a specialist officer. You will be seen by an officer of the same gender and interpreters can be arranged.
