Specialist outpatient psychological therapy service for adults with moderate to severe mental health problems. The psychology team provides specialist assessment and tailored psychological therapy approaches to help adults manage and recover from moderate to severe mental health conditions. Treatment plans are individualised based on your specific needs and diagnosis. It is for Adults aged 18 and over with moderate to severe mental health problems including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, or personality difficulties. Referral through secondary mental health services

What to expect
You will be assessed by the specialist team to understand your mental health needs. A tailored treatment plan will be developed and you'll receive evidence-based psychological therapy from experienced professionals including psychologists and psychotherapists.
