About this service
The Barnet Wellbeing Hub is the 'front door' of the Barnet Wellbeing Service, delivered by Meridian Wellbeing in partnership with CB Plus and other organisations. It provides a flexible, person-centred approach to mental health and wellbeing support for Barnet residents. Wellbeing coaches work with you to understand your needs and connect you with the right services — whether that's NHS Talking Therapies, community groups, peer support, The Network, or other social activities. Access is via self-referral on the website or through your GP or other professional. The hub also provides telephone befriending (Barnet Friends) through CB Plus.
