About this service
Health walks are free, short guided walks led by trained walk leaders across Barnet. They are open to all fitness levels and are a gentle, sociable way to become more active, enjoy Barnet's parks and open spaces, and improve both physical and mental health. Walks are typically around 30 minutes to an hour in length and take place in various parts of the borough. They are run in partnership with Barnet Council, Age UK Barnet, the Barnet Wellbeing Service and other organisations. Check the Barnet Council website or Age UK Barnet for current walk schedules.
