IT Help
A free IT help session where volunteers support adults with getting online.
IT Help offers an encouraging space to build confidence. It is okay to go at your own pace, and support is there whenever you need a hand.
About this event
The IT help sessions at the library are quiet, patient spaces where you can get to grips with technology at your own speed. It is a free, informal way to have your questions answered, whether you are picking up digital basics or need a hand with a specific task. The volunteers are there to sit with you, working through any hurdles together until things feel a bit clearer and less daunting. You will find it is a really comfortable place to build your confidence without any rush or pressure. If you have been finding computers or phones a bit of a puzzle, you will feel right at home here. It is a lovely, low-key way to get the support you need, so please do come along and see how helpful a little bit of guidance can be.
