Woodlands Family Hub provides they coordinate various professional services (midwifery, health visitors, youth workers) to provide wrap-around support for families. It is there for families with children aged 0-19 (or up to 25 with SEND). There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else.
