Ways into Work provides 1-1 job coaching, CV preparation, interview practice, and ongoing in-work support for people in England. It is there for disabled people and those with complex barriers to employment in the South East. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Work and training decisions rarely move in a straight line, and it is fine to start with one small step. You do not need recent experience or a finished CV to ask for advice.
