About this service
Thames Community Hub (previously known as Sue Bramley Community Hub) is a council-run hub at Bastable Avenue, Barking. It offers a free Community Warm Space open on weekdays, where residents can come and go as they please. Regular warm space activities include the Shed Life drop-in (Wednesdays, 10am–12pm) with board games, tea and conversation; Make Do & Mend upcycling and crafts sessions (Tuesdays, 10am–2pm); and Shed Talk sessions (Thursdays) with board games and socialising. The hub also hosts a range of other community services and events.
