Sycamore Trust UK provides autism awareness training, social groups, and advocacy support for people in Greater London. It is there for neurodiverse individuals and their families in Havering. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are Mon-Fri: 09:00 - 17:00. You are entitled to ask questions until things make sense, however many that takes. Support should fit around your life rather than the other way round, and it is fine to ask for things in the way that works for you.
