It is there for anyone in the UK experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If today feels unmanageable, getting support now matters more than having the right words for it.
