Sherwood Family Hub provides breastfeeding support, baby self-weigh, stay and play groups, sleep clinics, and one-to-one family support for people in Rainworth. It is there for parents and carers with children and young people up to age 19 (or 25 with SEND). There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Bringing any letters about your home situation can help the adviser see the whole picture. You do not have to be coping badly to ask for help with the day to day.
