It is there for people in Scotland who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in housing need. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (Emergency helpline available). Whatever has happened with your housing, you are entitled to clear advice about where you stand.
