It is there for anyone in London with a housing-related problem or who is homeless. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Weekends 10:00 - 12:00. Whatever has happened with your housing, you are entitled to clear advice about where you stand.
