Ruils Independent Living

User-led charity helping disabled people and carers live independently.

Run by and for disabled people with a focus on empowerment.

About this service

Ruils Independent Living provides help with navigating the benefits system, finding care, and staying connected through community activities like choirs and art groups for people in Greater London. It is there for disabled people, people with long-term conditions, and their carers. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. You are entitled to ask questions until things make sense, however many that takes. Support should fit around your life rather than the other way round, and it is fine to ask for things in the way that works for you.
