Redbridge Foodbank provides three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in a crisis. They are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger.

They provide essential groceries, toiletries, and a friendly listening ear, alongside guidance to other support agencies.
What to expect
You will be welcomed with a warm drink and a volunteer will sit with you to discuss your needs while your food parcel is prepared.
