About this service
Redbridge Carers Support Service (RCSS) provides through advice surgeries, befriending services, and health and wellbeing activities tailored for those looking after others. It is there for unpaid carers aged 16 and over in Redbridge. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Looking after someone else is often a full time role, and it is okay to want support for yourself as well.
