Parentsactive provides parents feel less alone and better informed about local support for people in Hammersmith and Fulham. It is there for parents and carers of disabled children and young people. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Bringing any letters about your home situation can help the adviser see the whole picture. Whatever has happened with your housing, you are entitled to clear advice about where you stand.
