Having someone trained to sit with the hardest parts of your story can make them bearable in a way advice never can.

About this service

My Sisters’ House helps women access counselling when talking to a trained therapist would help them process what they have lived through. Counselling may be provided in-house or through a trusted partner, and the team will discuss what is available, how long a wait there may be, and whether another form of support would help sooner. It is aimed at women who need more than advice but who may not meet the threshold for NHS psychological services.

What to expect

An initial conversation about what you are hoping for, followed by information on availability, waiting times and any cost.
