Glass Door Homeless Casework provides expert advice and support to resolve homelessness and its underlying causes for people in London. It is there for anyone experiencing or at risk of homelessness. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are mon & Thu 12pm-3pm (Hammersmith Drop-in). Housing problems can move quickly, so getting advice early usually keeps more options open. You do not have to wait until things reach crisis point before asking for help with your home.
