About this service
Find It Out gives young people in West Sussex somewhere to go with questions about mental health, relationships, housing, money, work and education. Support includes one-to-one conversations, information by topic and drop-in centres, including one in Bognor Regis, where young people can talk to someone without a referral. The service is confidential and open to 11 to 19 year olds, and up to 25 for young people with additional needs, which makes it a useful first stop for almost anything.
