Family Action - FamilyLine provides a listening ear, emotional support, and signposting to local services or specialized counseling. It is there for any adult (18+) in England who needs support with family-related issues. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are monday to Friday: 9am - 7pm. You do not have to be coping badly to ask for help with the day to day. Family life can be demanding, and asking for a bit of support early often makes things easier later.
