About this service

Crisis provides housing advice, employment training, and wellbeing support through 'Skylight' centers for people across England. It is there for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are monday to Friday 9am-5pm (General enquiries). Whatever has happened with your housing, you are entitled to clear advice about where you stand. Housing problems can move quickly, so getting advice early usually keeps more options open.
