Parenting is hard, and it's okay to ask for help. Family Lives offers a non-judgmental space to talk through your worries.
About this service
Coram Family Lives Support Line provides emotional support for parents, advice on managing challenging behavior, and guidance on maintaining relationships during family changes. It is there for parents, carers, and family members across England. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are monday to Friday 9am-9pm, Weekends 10am-3pm. You do not have to be coping badly to ask for help with the day to day. Family life can be demanding, and asking for a bit of support early often makes things easier later.
