Citizens Advice Employment Rights Advice
Free advice on pay, dismissal, redundancy, contracts and problems at work.
Being treated badly at work is confusing as well as unfair, and understanding your position restores a sense of control.
About this service
Citizens Advice Arun & Chichester advises on employment problems including unpaid wages, unfair dismissal, redundancy, holiday pay, contracts and disputes with an employer. Advisers explain your rights, help you put a grievance in writing, and set out the deadlines for taking a claim further, which are short enough that delay can close off options. The service is free and independent, and it can be used whether or not you are still in the job.
