It is there for previously adults facing advice, debt, housing or counselling needs. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Nobody expects you to know the rules before you ask for help with money. Money problems often feel worse when they are kept to yourself, and getting a clear view of your options is usually the first relief.
