Carers' Hub Lambeth provides they help unpaid carers with advice, one-to-one support, peer groups, information and practical help. It is there for children, young people and adults in Lambeth who are unpaid carers. There is no charge for using it. You can contact them yourself, so you do not need to be referred by anyone else. Opening times are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (Tue until 19:00). Carers are usually the last to ask for help, and asking does not mean you are letting anyone down. Looking after someone else is often a full time role, and it is okay to want support for yourself as well.
