About this service
Bromley & Croydon Women's Aid (BCWA) is the specialist domestic abuse charity serving Bromley and Croydon. BCWA provides a confidential helpline (020 8313 9303, Monday–Friday 9am–4:30pm), safe refuge and move-on accommodation, one-to-one casework support, individual counselling, support groups (including for young people), and the Bromley One Stop Shop (a drop-in for domestic abuse survivors, held Thursdays 1:30–4pm). For emergencies outside office hours, call the National Domestic Abuse Helpline: 0808 2000 247 (24/7). In an emergency always call 999.
